Easter isn't over already, is it?

I know you're out there. Day after day, you click on my blog to see if there's anything new. And many days, you're sadly disappointed...I get it...I do my own clicking. I have my little list that I click through almost daily. I'll admit some days I impatiently wonder when the next post is coming on a blog here and there. My first (but not my only) excuse for the delay is that I can't seem to wrap my mind around the fact that Easter has come and gone already. Between the despicable Daylight Savings Time change and Easter being practically in February, I haven't quite come to terms with the fact that it's April already! I'm pretty sure I'm the only blogger in America who hasn't yet posted Easter pictures...I am still trying to find time to wade through all my pictures...the digital era might be among both the best and worst things that have ever come my way. I've got everything from the obligatory posed shots...the kids LOVE those...to the mad dash for eggs...to the dumping of the Easter baskets. I've even got a little video of Caroline playing the "frog song" on the piano. What I can't seem to come up with is time. I'll get through them eventually, but in the meantime, this is a little something to tide you over.

Can you tell my kids were freezing in this picture?! It was SO cold...pretty much a replay of last Easter. Nice mommy that I am, I made them take off their coats and pose for pictures outside. Aren't they cute little Easter popsicles? Below you'll find one of my absolute favorites from the day...do you like it better in color or black-and-white? I can't decide.
